Alligator Meat

I sell gator meat. It's all from legally taken gators in the central Florida area. It has all been processed at a state inspected alligator processing plant.

All meat has been trimmed of excess fat and gricle, ran through a cubing machine to tenderize, 5 lbs is weighed out, sealed in a plastic bag, put in a box and sealed with a state seal.
